Information collected automatically
Each visit passes routine technical details, such as your IP address, browser, the pages you open and when, to our hosting and service providers. Non-essential cookies are set only if you allow them in the cookie banner.
The form provider
The form is embedded from LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), which stores what you submit on our behalf, and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to screen out automated submissions. These providers process information under their own terms.
How we use it
- to get back to you about your request;
- to understand the funding need and the business;
- to share the request with lending partners, with your agreement;
- to send texts within the consent you gave and the SMS terms;
- to keep the site secure and working.
Who we share it with
Lending partners that offer the type of funding involved receive the details of a request so they can review it. They may contact you and handle the information under their own privacy policies. Service providers receive what they need to run the site, form, phone and messaging.
Cookies
A banner on your first visit lets you allow or refuse analytics and marketing cookies; strictly necessary cookies always run. The cookie settings link in the footer changes your choice. The map on the contact page loads from Google only if you ask for it.
